ICS recently installed the first phase of seating in St Faith’s Church, Havant, Hampshire, UK
Their previous pews were too long for the space available and extremely heavy, and cumbersome, and were not capable of being stacked to create a yearned for flexible space.
ICS were delighted to have been appointed to supply a mixture of stackable and comfortable pews and chairs. Our Chadderton design provided the flexibility they needed while increasing comfort for congregations and choristers. Cleverly designed detachable arms have provided additional comfort to enable infirm congregants to stand and sit.
Finally, the added element of bespoke carved memorial plaques added for those who wanted to support the churches fundraising and equally- have a place to come and sit and remember their loved ones.
